Join sugarmakers from the Lake Erie Region in Albion, PA to learn about the current maple industry from cutting edge technology to tried and true confection recipes! LEME has hands-on workshops available all day Friday followed by networking and a trade show Friday night. The trade show continues from 8:00 to 3:00 Saturday with classroom sessions running from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. We hope to see you there!
